Changes can be made up until you approve your proof. Once you've given your approval and the order has gone to print, we're unable to make amendments — so please review your proof carefully before confirming.

If there is an error on our part that differs from your approved proof, we will reprint the affected pieces at no cost to you. We ask that you review your proof carefully before approving, as we are unable to reprint for errors that were present in the approved version.

We understand plans can shift. If your date changes before your proof has been approved, let us know as soon as possible and we'll update your stationery accordingly. Once an order has gone to print, changes can't be made — so please reach out the moment you know.
