What Happens After I Order?

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a short questionnaire to collect your event details and wording preferences. This ensures your suite is styled accurately and consistently with your chosen design.

After we receive your completed questionnaire, we will prepare your design.
Once the design is complete, you will receive a proof to approve. Final production and dispatch timeframes will be confirmed once your proof is approved.

What Can I Update?

Your order includes two rounds of complimentary revisions.

This covers small text edits and minor layout adjustments to make sure everything feels just right. Any additional changes requested beyond the included revision rounds will be charged separately.

Shipping

Postage is calculated at checkout and typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location. Express shipping is available for an additional fee.
